Information for the processing of personal data collected from the interested party
In compliance with the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data) we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of the personal data provided.
The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via links on the websites in the domain of the owner, who is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties.

1. SUBJECTS OF THE PROCESSING
Data Controller Responsible for Data Protection, pursuant to articles. 4 and 24 of EU Reg. 2016/679 – The Data Protection Officer is: Aldo De Grandis – email: aldo.degrandis@pec.it Forensic Lab Service S.r.l., with the qualification of Owner.

2. PURPOSE AND LEGALITY OF THE PROCESSING
The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 EU Reg. 2016/679 for the following purposes:
a) Management of related data processing (art. 6 letter b):
– navigation and use of the Data Controller’s websites;
– possible compilation of data collection forms for sending requests for information, for subscriptions to newsletters, for the purchase of products online, for registering your profile and for all other ways of using specific functions made available by the Data Controller on its websites;
– fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations and administrative-accounting purposes. For the purposes of applying the provisions regarding the protection of personal data, the processing carried out for administrative-accounting purposes are those connected to the performance of organisational, administrative, financial and accounting activities, regardless of the nature of the data processed.
In particular, internal organizational activities, those functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations and information activities pursue these purposes.

3. RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA
The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. 2016/679, who will process the data as managers and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Owner and Manager, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. Specifically, the data may be communicated to recipients belonging to the following categories:
– Subjects who provide services for the management of the information system and communication networks of the Owner Forensic Lab Service S.r.l. (including e-mail, management of websites, databases and software used for data storage and management);
The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processor in relation to their skills and are appointed by the Data Controller who remains Forensic Lab Service S.r.l.
The list of designated data processors is constantly updated and available at the headquarters of Forensic Lab Service S.r.l.; L.goMare Duca degli Abruzzi, 84 – 00121 Tourist Port of Ostia (RM).

4. DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
The personal data provided will not be transferred abroad within or outside the European Union.

5. STORAGE PERIOD OR CRITERIA
The processing will be carried out in an automated and/or manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed for this purpose.
In compliance with the provisions of the art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of EU Reg. 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows the identification of the interested parties for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed. 6. NATURE OF THE PROVISION AND REFUSAL
Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in dedicated areas on the site.
The provision of personal data for the purposes referred to in point a) of this information document is necessary to perfect the specific functions and benefit from the services offered to the Data Controller, for example to receive feedback on the request for information forwarded. Failure to provide personal data may make it impossible to obtain the requested service or use the services offered by the site.

7. RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
You will be able to assert your rights as expressed in the articles. 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller by writing to s.marchetti@forensiclabservice.it
You have the right, at any time, to ask the Data Controller for access to your personal data and that managed by you, rectification, cancellation of the same, limitation of processing.
Furthermore, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data and that managed by you (including automated processing) as well as the portability of your data.
Without prejudice to any other administrative and jurisdictional appeal, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you violates the provisions of EU Reg. 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned EU Reg. 2016/679,
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to the art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke the consent given at any time.
In the event of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you in a structured, commonly used and readable format, by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the art. 20 of EU Reg. 2016/679.
